Purchased a Groupon for an oil change at this location. After waiting in line I submitted my Groupon only to be told by Valvoline that I could not use it! The contact said there were exclusions in the Groupon that does not include my type of car. I mentioned I read the exclusions and there is none of that type. They said "believe me there are exclusions somewhere". The contact said the manager would not accept it. I contacted Groupon and they agreed that this is incorrect! Don't know who is running this business but that is bad business. I know they service my type of car but they would not accept the Groupon just because they don't want to. Really unprofessional. Thanks for your response. There are no exclusions in the Groupon for European oil. Only that it would be offered at an extra charge. Don't know why it was not honored at all.

Had such a great experience at Valvoline! As a girl, getting an oil change alone can honestly be a little intimidating lol, but Andre made me feel completely comfortable and I definitely felt like I could trust him. He was super friendly, professional, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. Honorable mention to Antoin too he was so quick, sweet, and helpful! They both made the experience so easy and stress-free. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to this Valvoline pulled up there and it took 45 mins just for them to even start my oil change. I only got a standard oil change but two days later I had a long drive and when I arrived my skid plate was scraping on the ground the entire ride and basically destroyed. Tried to get them to assume responsibility (because I certainly didn’t get under my car to unscrew it) and they did not saying they “reviewed footage” and deemed it was done right. Just horrible service to start with and a complete lack of accountability. Do not go here.

A little upset because on 9/21/26 I went for an oil change and it seemed fine. They were poilte and stuff but it did take longer than usual. Then as I started my car it stalled at first and then I started it again and it stayed on but now my check engine light is on and until yesterday my light has never been on since I have owned the car so now I dont know what they did and its frustrating because I know if I go back and tell them they will say it's not them like usual, so what does a customer do in this situation. Not happy.
