We went to Schaumburg Toyota today to purchase a new car for our family. We worked with Cameron, who was one the best salesman we ever dealt with. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and assuring us if they didn’t have what we wanted in stock he could get one for us. Luckily they had the car we wanted, and the whole transaction was incredibly smooth. We cannot thank him and GM Chris enough. They made the experience a delight and we will definitely be referring them to all of our friends.

We had an excellent experience with Dariusz at the Toyota dealership. From the start he was straightforward and transparent — no pushy sales tactics. He went over the positives and negatives of the vehicles we were considering, offered honest comparisons with other brands, and patiently answered all our questions. Being fluent in Polish made communication effortless for us. The entire purchase process felt comfortable and professional. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clear, reliable, no-pressure salesperson

I brought my brand new car here for its very first oil change, and this experience was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The level of care, professionalism, and respect for a customer’s vehicle was shockingly low.
After the service, my engine bay was left dirty, which should never happen—especially on a new car. This clearly shows a lack of basic standards and attention to detail. For something as simple and routine as an oil change, this kind of careless work is inexcusable.
It is extremely frustrating to trust a business with your new vehicle and receive such poor treatment in return. This place failed to meet even the most basic expectations of quality service.
I am very disappointed and will not be returning. I strongly recommend that others avoid this shop unless they are willing to risk the same level of negligence. I will also be considering further action regarding this experience.

From the moment I arrived, they were professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the recommended services in a way that was easy to understand, and provided transparent pricing upfront.
What stood out most was his communication. I received timely updates throughout the process, and they were always available to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s clear they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and take pride in their work.
