  The representative that looks like Orlando Jones (look him up) and has a horrible attitude and doesn't belong in the realm of customer service. Comes across as lazy and unwilling to meet the basic functions of the job. Not really sure why he was hired in the first place. He could not answer basic questions about the rental and displayed an overall "disinterested" approach to the work. The rest of the staff was engaging, helpful and welcoming. Dont let deleterious staff like these take away from the overall brand quality of the branch. Its as if he's upset that this is the best career path he can attain..and takes it out on the rest of us...i know there have been other complaints over this employee...A performance review needs to happen fast! Will never return to this location!

  My entire experience with Enterprise was terrible from start to finish. When I picked up the rental, there were only three cars available, and all of them looked like they were falling apart. I ended up choosing the one that seemed to be the cleanest. During the two weeks I had the vehicle, I had to inflate the tires twice because the tire pressure kept dropping. On top of that, someone had clearly smoked in the car before I received it, so every time I got in or out of the vehicle, I smelled like cigarette smoke. I called the branch for five consecutive days asking to exchange the car. Every single time, I was told either that nothing was available or that I should come to the location and see what they had. Despite multiple promises that someone would call me back, no one ever did. They also refused to tell me over the phone what vehicles were available, expecting me to drive to the branch each time just to find out. This was, without a doubt, the worst rental car experience I've ever had. I would not recommend Enterprise to anyone—not even my worst enemy. Disgusting!!!
