  ★★★★★ I had an absolutely amazing experience with Enterprise! Derek and Ella were both incredible from start to finish. They made everything so easy, quick, and convenient, and their customer service was truly above and beyond. They were professional, friendly, patient, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely effortless. They answered all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and went out of their way to make the entire process smooth. Derek and Ella deserve a huge shoutout because employees like them are exactly what makes customers want to come back. Enterprise is lucky to have them on their team!   Enterprise is the best company for renting in one location and dropping off on another state. However, they seem to have implemented a policy of a two day plus two hour minimum that inflates the cost significantly, which makes a one-way airline ticket now more competitive.

  Absolutely fantastic experience with this Enterprise location (Schaumburg on Roselle Rd.). I had a car rental for a good month and a half and everyone that I dealt with was very well trained and professional. I would definitely recommend this location and personally use them again.
