  I honestly felt ripped off by this shop. They quoted me over $2,000 plus tax to replace ignition coils, spark plugs, and a MAF sensor. even they also charged me shop fees etc. fees for diagnosis. TOTALY GOT RIPPED OFF!! Instead of paying their inflated price, I bought the parts and tools myself and fixed the issue for less than $400. The difference is unbelievable. The work was nowhere near as complicated or labor-intensive as their quote suggested. It appears this shop relies on customers not knowing the true cost of repairs. Charging five times the actual cost of a repair is not fair business practice. I strongly discourage others from using this shop. Fair pricing builds long-term customer relationships. Excessive markups destroy trust.BEWARE!

  I returned to claim a warranty service for an alignment performed earlier in the year; the technician in charge did the job poorly, leaving my vehicle in worse condition than when it arrived—it was left with the brakes dragging. The technician did this badly on purpose, with malicious intent. I intend to report this matter to the appropriate authorities, as this poor service put both my physical safety and my vehicle at risk.

  Came in to get a full set of new tires installed. The job was done fast and professionally. There was a minor misunderstanding regarding the payment fee, but Giovanni was extremely professional and resolved it right away without any hassle. Great customer service, I will definitely be back!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Car-X Auto Service today, and they absolutely earned my business. After leaving another tire shop where I couldn’t get the help I needed, I stopped into Car-X with a low tire pressure warning and wasn’t sure what the issue was. Before I even walked inside, one of the technicians came out to ask about my vehicle, the type of tire I had, and to better understand the problem. That level of initiative immediately impressed me. Inside, I met the manager, Gio, who was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me. He assured me they would take care of the issue, and within minutes they found a nail in the center of the tread. They explained that it was safely repairable and completed the repair quickly. What impressed me the most was Gio’s professionalism. When I mentioned the experience I had elsewhere, he never criticized the other business. Instead, he told me that when Car-X doesn’t have the right tires in stock, they often refer customers to Discount Tire. That kind of integrity and respect for competitors says a lot about the culture of this business. It’s easy to fix a tire. It’s much harder to provide exceptional customer service. Gio and his team did both. They treated me with respect, communicated clearly, and turned a stressful situation into a great experience. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable people who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Car-X Auto Service. Thank you, Gio and the entire team—you’ve earned a loyal customer.
