  Very disappointing experience. I left my car at the shop for the entire day, but the issues I originally brought it in for were not properly resolved. Instead, they seemed to focus more on additional repairs that I had not requested initially. What made the experience even worse was the final bill. I was quoted $1,035 over the phone, but when it was time to pay, the total came to $1,246.56—a difference of $211.56 from the original quote. I understand that unexpected costs can sometimes arise, but customers deserve clear communication and approval before additional charges are incurred. Between the unresolved issues, the focus on other repairs, and the significant difference in the final price, I was very dissatisfied with the service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

  Please be aware THIS IS 4TH TIME I had to post a review because THEY REMOVE, had problem with my Mazda little clicking in a back of the car, Car-x said it is the suspension, noise from rear. They recommend if replacing in a rear to do it in a front. My husband asked their manager if they will put Mazda part suspension and he said no it will be aftermarket parts and he acknowledge and guarantee us that Mazda puts same suspension parts. After they did the work, we told them same day and next day that the suspension is hard, comfort is bad, while driving whole car is shaking like it will fall apart and there is huge noise in a front. Technician said you need to drive more so suspension will get better later. We were coming back days later and weeks with same complain that it did not get better, the manager said you need to drive 6 months till suspension settles. Plus, we mentioned them noise in a front which we did not have before we brought car to their service, they said everything is ok. Whole parts with labor and tax we paid over $5K. I paid $1,500.00 in cash and remaining with debit card. We complain to them many times but they turned us away every time you need more time to drive. We provided them proof of quote how much Mazda charges for original parts suspensions and it was more than half price less than they charged us. They also broke steering column that needs to be fixed during removing suspension on front by using hammer probably. I reached out called managers they never returned call. I even called multiple times and left voice message Operations Manager that comments back on here under reviews and he never returned call. Their managers said they will resolve the issue and will fix the car and will call us back but they never did. After calling them back and leaving voice message they never returned call. One time Car-x manager said to file a dispute with card payment bank to get money back because they don't refund. Every company is liable to correct issue and refund for over $,2600 that they overcharged me and cash payment you can't chargeback with bank. I also filed complain thru BBB and state attorney general but Car-X not responded. This company does not care to work with customer and fix issue; they totally neglect and don’t take responsibility on their end. They overcharge me thousands even by putting aftermarket parts and cause more damages to the car.
