  Teach your salespeople to treat customers properly. If a salesperson sees a girl at the register, they shouldn’t refuse to serve other customers and rush out to change her oil or perform service outside the store!!! When there are other customers in the store, they need to serve everyone inside first, and then go out and assist others if they’re asked to on the street!!! Everyone has their own business, and a customer shouldn’t have to wait while a salesperson is outside changing someone’s oil or topping up a tank—especially if they’re the only one in the store!!! You can quickly sell one item to a customer and help another person outside change their oil—it all takes just a few minutes! The salespeople at this store just need to use some common sense sometimes—if they even know what that is!
