  Satellite radio unsubscribed itself in the middle of my rental. Called National Customer Support and gave them all of my information. Was told that it would start working again within 15 minutes. It never worked again. Also, when I picked up my rental, the first two vehicles that I was given keys to had been smoked or vaped in. I have allergies and cannot tolerate the smell of smoke without getting sick. National needs to start issuing fines to renters who think that it is OK to stink up their vehicles. I'm betting that it is included in the rental contract, it needs to be enforced.

  The National Car Rental facility at Willard Airport is my go to National location when I need to rent a vehicle. My car was ready for me when promised; the process was quick; the person who helped me was awesome! I left his business card on my desk at home so I don’t have his name. Hopefully you can tell in your system who it was because he provides a great customer experience!

  Picking the car up was an ok experience. The one issue was that the car was not very clean and smelled like vape. Upon return our the individual that helped us was very helpful and polite. He was the best part of our experience.

  National Rental car at U of I Willard airport was ready with my car as scheduled!
