  The National Car Rental facility at Willard Airport is my go to National location when I need to rent a vehicle. My car was ready for me when promised; the process was quick; the person who helped me was awesome! I left his business card on my desk at home so I don’t have his name. Hopefully you can tell in your system who it was because he provides a great customer experience!

  Picking the car up was an ok experience. The one issue was that the car was not very clean and smelled like vape. Upon return our the individual that helped us was very helpful and polite. He was the best part of our experience.

  Multiple times I have reserved a car at this location only to arrive and find out this reservation has not been kept. No phone call. No email. No common courtesy of any kind! Taking a reservation implies that one will HOLD THE RESERVATION! And if you cannot, then at least inform the person who is counting on said reservation so that they do not waste their time going out and back to the airport and so that they can adjust their plans accordingly. And pick up the telephone when customers who have been inconvenienced by this--repeatedly--call to see if there actually are cars available. This is no way to run a business. Zero respect for the customer. Zero common courtesy. --Sean
