- BLBryan LamJul 5, 20261.0You’re better off booking elsewhere, like Hertz. At least you’ll know you’ll be taken care of. This location used to be my go-to, but the service has gone downhill. I’ve had multiple rentals with worn windshield wipers and vehicles that have had mechanical issues. Most recently, I discovered a bubble in one of the tires and contacted Roadside Assistance. They told me to bring the vehicle in for a swap. When I arrived, Jerrell told me he couldn’t exchange the vehicle. He also insisted that the airport location only holds reservations for one hour, which had never been mentioned to me before during any previous rental. Customer service over the phone was no help either. I was told the vehicle would be swapped, only to arrive and be told something completely different. No one seemed to communicate, and I was left without a solution. What was most disappointing was the lack of concern for customer safety. A tire with a bubble is a serious safety issue, yet I was essentially sent away without a solution. Safety and customer service should come first. Unfortunately, after these repeated experiences, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope others have a better experience than I did.
