That level of customer service is rare these days. I've rented a lot of cars, but this experience was as smooth as can be. Will definitely be back. When I arrived, the company gave me a ridiculous excuse: they refused to accept my credit card because it was from a "small bank." Excuse me? I live in a rural area, so that’s the only kind of card I can use. Is this discrimination? What a lousy, despicable company to deal with.
