I opted for the synthetic oil for my first change. After Joshua and Feli checked my oil, they both said that my levels were fine. I drove off after they said that I have another 2,000 miles to go. They took the time to clearly explain what my car actually needed and gave honest recommendations without trying to upsell unnecessary services. I really appreciated that they didn’t push extra work or try to charge me for things I didn’t need — that kind of honesty is hard to find. On top of that, the team was friendly, welcoming, and had a great attitude, which made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for trustworthy and professional service!

The team in the shop worked diligently, even slightly after hours to rectify the situation, and they were all very positive and friendly. The manager on duty handled the situation professionally with me as the customer in mind and also supporting his team as a good manager does. Even though from their eyes things went south, their concern was for my satisfaction was paramount. Thanks for your dedication.
