- JKJUDI KRAMMER5 days ago5.0I pulled into the Parking lot of Advanced Auto Parts, just as the Store was closing. A young Employee opened the door & was apologizing for beginning Winter Hours. I said No worries, could he suggest where else I could go. As he was suggesting other places, he decided to come out & help me with my problem himself. Another young Employee popped his head out to see where he was. I told him he was so kind & helping me with my Car problem, so he came out to help too. Then the Manager came out & I told him how much I appreciated these guys to care enough to help me. The Employees names are Will, & Giacomo. These hardworking young Men can't imagine how much I Appreciate their Kindness , Expertise, Respect , & Patience to an Elderly Woman. My experience tonight, at this Advance Auto Parts Store with these young Employees & The Manager, reminds me of the days when the Customer was treated as a Guest & also Family. ( My family has shopped here in the Past & we've always had Good experience 's ) Thank you so very much.

Then he took another phone call and dealt completely with that customer. Then ANOTHER call and dealt with that customer. I walked out without purchasing. Is this bad customer service training or just a clod? I went down the street to o’Reilly and got my blades.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
