  I was extremely disappointed with my recent Enterprise experience. The vehicle I reserved was unavailable, and I was offered a smaller vehicle without notice. The manager, Manny Morales, was rude and unprofessional. Although I clearly stated that I wanted to keep my reservation, she canceled it without my authorization and told me to leave. I have used Enterprise for years and expected much better customer service, especially from a manager.

  Enterprise is the best. This location is awesome, their staff and company in general seem to be about customer service. I had an incident on the road in the middle of nowhere, hours from a major city, states away, and they took care of me, communicated the problem to my local branch and had me in a new rental as early as I could get there. Very impressive service, I will count on Enterprise again and will be way more likely to use a rental car knowing the team behind that car are customer service oriented.

  I would like to leave this comment for all my vehicle rentals because the team at the Round Lake location, led by André Jossphitis, has been absolutely outstanding. This is the only location where I have consistently received a “yes” and where the staff always looks for a solution instead of simply saying no. Their customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stand out. I would 100% recommend this location and especially André Jossphitis, the manager of this division.   I’ve been to this location twice now. Both times I’ve had the pleasure to work with Shay. Not only is she a great representation of the company, with a smile on her face I watched her help three other customers before myself, a lot of people might have felt overwhelmed with a rush like that. She did amazing per usual.!

  I have been renting from my local Enterprise location for years and have always had positive experiences, which is why this situation was especially disappointing. I had a vehicle reserved that was appropriate for the number of passengers I would be traveling with. When I arrived, I was informed that they were attempting to provide me with a smaller vehicle than the one I had originally reserved. My biggest concern was that I was not notified the day before or even the morning of my rental, as this significantly affected my travel plans and the number of passengers I would be able to accommodate. When I expressed my disappointment and asked why I had not been notified ahead of time, the General Manager’s by the name of Manny Morales response was dismissive and rude. He repeatedly asked me if I still wanted the reservation and stated that if “this wasn’t going to work,” he would cancel the reservation right then and there. I made it very clear that I still wanted the reservation. Despite me explicitly stating that I wanted to keep my reservation, he proceeded to cancel it without my consent. After he canceled the reservation, I admittedly became frustrated and raised my voice while asking him why he was canceling my reservation after I had clearly told him that I still wanted it. Rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or explain why he had made that decision, he told me to leave the store. I understand that vehicle availability can sometimes be an issue, and I also understand that I should have remained calm. However, the way this entire situation was handled was unprofessional. I was not notified in advance that the vehicle I reserved would not be available, my concerns were dismissed, I was repeatedly pressured about whether I wanted to keep the reservation, and ultimately my reservation was canceled despite me stating that I still wanted it. This created a major inconvenience for me and my family, especially because we had travel plans scheduled for the following morning and were relying on this reservation. I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for years and have never experienced anything like this. I am disappointed that after years of being a customer without any issues, this situation was handled in. Hope Enterprise reviews what happened and addresses how this situation was handled. Customers deserve professional and respectful treatment, especially when an issue arises that is outside of their control.
