  Great service with a helpful staff working with my insurance company and then continuing service with me during a terrible situation. I had a great 2025 Mazda CX-5 AWD for 3 months. Terrific car and great service. Thank you.

  Overall, my experience was disappointing. 1. The car pickup was delayed by about 2.5 hours, and I was asked to come later. While I understood the situation and accommodated the delay, it was still inconvenient. 2. When I received the vehicle, I found that one of the AC vents was broken. 3. Due to the lack of available parking, I was unable to return the car until the night before the last day of my reservation. was not given clear instructions on where to park if the designated lot was full, and was concerned about parking in a non-designated area because of the risk of towing. Additionally, there was very little support during the return process. There was no assistance with pickup after dropping off the car and no courtesy shuttle or drop-off service. Based on this experience, I will most likely not use this enterprise again.

  First I just want to say Thank You Manny! I had rented a vehicle through my insurance company at an Enterprise in Lake Villa that I had issues with and was very dissatisfied with the whole experience and not happy and ended up returning the vehicle. My truck was not finished being repaired so I went through the Enterprise in Round Lake Heights and they were awesome!! Manny was great, very helpful! He was very busy at the time helping everyone there and I was in a hurry to coach a soccer game, within 5 minutes he had a vehicle for me and I was on my way. He was doing all this with a smile on his face answering everyone's questions. Because of flooding in my area in Wisconsin I had to go to an Enterprise farther away in Illinois but the next time I rent a car I don't care that he is farther away I'm going to the Round Lake Heights Enterprise just for the reason of how I was treated there and hope that Manny is there also!
