  My luxury SUV had grease on the hood & both fenders & door handles inside & outside & steering wheel & armrest full of oil or grease & when they wiped the car I noticed a scratch & they said they did not scratch my car … and twice forgot to refill my wiper fluid … I’m done trying to support them it’s a shame & all my family & friends will not be returning either!!!!

  I always go in to places like this on guard for upselling. I had just bought an older car that had been sitting outside for quite a while, and wanted the oil changed. The staff there was so polite. In the process of the oil change, they realized I had a mouse! And the filters were very dirty to the point of being unsafe. Because I have been taken advantage of at car places before, I didn’t quite trust what they were telling me. Even though I didn’t let them change the filters, they were still very respectful, and said to tell who was changing my filters to wear gloves and be careful- and not to run the heat or air until they get changed.. My husband changed the filters and found everything they told me was true! Finally, a car place I can trust! I will be going back!

  Just had an oil change the staff was super helpful! Never had this brand of car so I had a lot of questions about what was needed. I called first and they were helpful over the phone. I went into the shop later that they and they remembered me from the call. Rafa, Adrian, and Jose really took the time to explain everything to me including the pricing. They were able to check and work on my car right away. I was out of there within the hour! Will definitely be using this place in the future.

  Grease Monkey absolutely earned every one of these five stars. Their customer service is on a different level — genuine, patient, and willing to go above and beyond without hesitation. From the moment I pulled in, they treated me with real care, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left confident in the work they did. It’s rare to find a team that takes this much pride in their service, but they do it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back because this kind of dedication is hard to beat.
