This is the best AutoZone I've been to, and I've visited well over two dozen locations during my years as a traveling carpenter.
This store has helped keep my 1997 Honda Accord on the road for years. They consistently have great prices, but more importantly, their customer service is outstanding.
Any time I've needed a warranty replacement, price match, or just had questions about a purchase, I've always felt that the staff gave me the best possible assistance and honest advice.
The experience that made me want to leave this review happened today with Stephen G and Tyler K.
I needed to warranty a part that had failed in a way that admittedly looked unusual. After I explained the situation to Stephen, he brought over the manager, Tyler. Together they handled everything professionally, took care of the warranty without hassle, and even took the time to educate me on what likely caused the failure and similar issues they've seen before.
What really stood out was that they treated me like a valued customer rather than someone they needed to challenge over a warranty claim. A situation that many parts stores would have turned into an argument was handled smoothly, professionally, and with respect.
If you're in the area, the Round Lake AutoZone @ 828 east Rollins Rd. is the parts store to go to. It's by the pep boys.

Tony Berrios is the kind of worker every AutoZone should have. He always comes to work with a positive attitude and is ready to help customers with whatever they need. Whether someone is looking for a new battery, windshield wipers, or the right oil for their car, Tony takes the time to make sure they get the correct part.
One thing that makes Tony a 5-star worker is how friendly he is. He greets everyone with a smile and treats customers with respect. Even when the store is busy, he stays calm and works hard to help everyone as quickly as possible.
Tony is also very knowledgeable about cars and auto parts. If a customer has a problem, he listens carefully and does his best to find a solution. His coworkers know they can count on him because he is responsible and always willing to lend a hand.
In my opinion, Tony Berrios is an excellent AutoZone employee because he is hardworking, kind, and dedicated. People like him help make customers want to come back. That is why he deserves to be called a 5-star AutoZone worker.

Worst place ever, lazy people working here, no care atitude. Had warranty from another autozone for a battery wanted to exchange it over here, they say cant exchange it after looking at the battery for rules and regulations. What do you mean by it? At least give me refund or store credit.
