  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. We wanted a custom mirror with two cutouts for the electrical boxes behind the sconces. I was originally told they could come measure once the electrical boxes were installed. I explained that I would have them Sunday and asked to schedule for Monday, but was told to call back once I had them. When I called Monday, the man interrupted me while I was explaining why I was calling and condescendingly asked, “Do you have the sconces?” I confirmed that I did and scheduled the measurement. He then came to the house, took one look at the bathroom, and said he could not measure because the countertop was not installed. Again, this requirement had never been communicated at any point. The communication was terrible, the process delayed our project, and the man I dealt with, Larry was rude, dismissive, and condescending throughout. My contractor was also confused by the need for the sconces to be delivered. This was a complete waste of time, and I would not recommend this company. Going with Tim's glass instead who is actually professional and easy to work with.

  I reached out to rainbow about a glass table top for a wood buffet table, and they did an amazing job! Since the buffet table was a weird shape, they sent someone out to do a custom pattern. They cut the glass and then brought it back and installed it with little circular rounds so it wouldn’t slide around. The whole process took about a week, and everyone I encountered was professional and incredibly nice! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for custom work in in the future
