Like any mechanical equipment, things wear out and need attention—but this team has always been reliable, honest, and fair, which is especially refreshing in today’s economy. They never try to upsell or cut corners with cheap parts. You can trust that they’ll do the job right. I also want to give a special shoutout to Chris—he’s always quick to respond and won’t give you the runaround if he doesn’t know an answer. Highly recommend!
- KMKim MazurMar 30, 20265.0The rear window on my 2016 Ram truck cap was literally hanging by a thread when I went in to see Chris, after having spoken to Mark over the phone. I had no idea how close the window came to cracking completely, which would have required an extensive and expensive repair. Chris asked a couple of his guys to take it back and see what they could do, and told them to handle with TLC and not open the tailgate until at least two guys were present. It was probably no more than 15 minutes before one of his guys came up front where I was waiting, handing me my keys and told me the truck was good to go. When I asked how much I owed, Chris replied “Nothing—it was an easy fix”. Wow… This was the second time in a matter of a couple years that I’ve brought my truck in to Custom Connection, and both experiences were exceptionally fantastic! It’s rare to come across businesses such as this, in this day and age. These guys are straight up professional, knowledgeable, caring, and honest. They treat you the way they would treat a friend or family. I can’t say enough good things about them. : ) ~~ Kim M.
