  Very bad experience i had with them over a battery 🔋 I had not even 6 months they wouldn't even give me one with the receipt they said they need the car here to give it a diagnostic check check for what when I knew it was the battery 🔋 so they can charge me for that too imagine buying a car from there very crappy parts service members crappy attuides not polite customer service 5 thumbs down for that place never again buy there Orland park the best

  Good services and friendly atmosphere but no manager was onsite to provide assistance and take decisions. Chris the service representative was accommodating but struggled to replace a coupon for a part that was offered for free but was not available, being discontinued. Service part B was done appropriately.

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Mercedes dealership from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Jose Gutierrez, was super knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (and ended up purchasing!) and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to deal with through the whole process of purchasing our GLA250 4Matic! Everyone we met and talked with while we were there - Tom, Alex, Darius, Araceli and Tracy were top notch and made the entire buying experience a very good experience. 5+ Stars!

  I brought my car in for an issue I was having Chris told me it’s a recall issue also service, I had a great experience. The service was handled professionally and efficiently, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate the good service and would definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Romeoville. Good experience overall.

  Service manager Brad was very rude and condescending. Telling me car wouldn’t be able to be looked at on day of appointment cause it would take hours. Took 5 days for them to look at vehicle just for it to only take a hour from when vehicle was unlocked. Even when I first arrived they took the car to the back and brought it right back out. Didn’t even bother to try and was telling me he never heard of who my warranty was from and telling me I probably got a basic warranty and it would cost a lot. UPDATE: The issue ended up being a disconnected SAM computer that simply needed to be reconnected. After waiting 5 days, I was still charged $250 for the diagnostic. There really isn’t much left to “rectify.” My review reflects the delay, cost, and how the situation was handled.
