  We came in with gas in our 2015 Mercedes pleasure way Fl. The service department were great, they responded quickly and flushed out our tank, line and replaced the fuel filter plus did a safety check of the whole fan. Also, changed the oil and test drove it and added a quarter tank of clean diesel. We’re driving from California to MB, and back to California, so far, so good. Thanks, for being there when we needed you most.👍👍

  This is a top notch Mercedes dealer that you must go to if you are looking to buy or service your Mercedes. From the sales staff to their service team, this is the best experience that I have ever had from a luxury car dealer. A special recognition to Chris and his service team for completing the job in the time promised! The facility is brand new and inviting, with a coffee bar and other treats. The hour that I waited for my vehicle felt more like 15 minutes.

  Chris was a wonderful service rep. He kept me in the loop during service for my 2000 SL500. Everyone who I came into contact with at MB Romeoville was friendly and professional. Any service I need for my car from now on will be done at MB Romeoville.

  My experience at Romeoville Mercedes was outstanding the salesman team was great and made my out of state purchase well worth it .They were up front and honest about everything and made me feel like they were really looking out for me ..I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would do business them in the future
