  They didn’t tighten my oil filter properly, has been leaking oil till now that i got it re done at the new place. I was told my oil filter wasn’t tightened properly

  Went for a coolant flush day later my hose blows your dude said my car didn't need to be burped after I told him needed to be. Thank you

  Gene and Shawn were great walked me through everything and allowed me to ask the questions I needed. They make a great team, very knowledgeable, friendly and quick service. Also offered good recommendations for services they don’t perform.

  Representative tried to upsell me on a needless & useless item. & tried to take advantage of me because I am a female and elderly. Also, Representative initially told me that I must be seeing an expired coupon pointing me to ONLY a $15 off opponent when I told him I had a $25 off. coupon. He Indicated that I didn't have the code and didn't try to help me find the code online. I had to go back to my. chair, go back online & find the coupon again BY MYSELF.....which I did & brought the $25 off coupon to his attention. Also I asked him to replace my air filter but he refused, Indicating he was unable to get the cover off to replace it. Your competition never has ANY trouble checking my air filter under the hood. I believe your Rep. was simply too lazy to figure it out. Needless to say, I will not be returning to your place of business Your Rep. needs customer service training. I have NEVER been treated so poorly!
