  Very Disappointing Service I had a car booked for 2 PM on July 2nd and called ahead to inform David I’d be arriving around 4 PM due to a delay. Despite this, when I arrived he refused to hand over the car. I understood and made a new booking for 5 PM instead. When I returned at 5 PM, he refused again without any clear reason, and became confrontational — even threatening to call the cops, though I hadn’t said anything rude or raised my voice. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when bookings were made properly and delays were communicated in advance. Hoping Enterprise addresses this and ensures staff handle customers more professionally.

  Jose was a really nice guy. They took care of me quick. Vehicle was clean. no complaints at all. i will be back.

  Do not rent from this branch. David is rude and extremely unprofessional. He will cancel a reservation and act like he’s doing you a favor. He doesn’t seem to understand that the customer pays the bills.total joke.
