  The staff at the Rockford location was amazing! Everyone was friendly, no matter how busy they were.They had all the answers to all my questions. The team in Rockford goes above and beyond!

  The team members I have worked with have been amazing. I would encourage you if you ever need a rental for anything, use them. It’s been a long time since I have experienced customer service like theirs. Whoever is managing the Rockford Alpine store should be proud of your workers! Thank you!!!

  They don’t even deserve to one star, but I have to. I have a reservation and when I came to collect the car, they say we only waiting for one hour and he says online the policy then I said show me the policy and he doesn’t want to show me the policy and I said I want to speak to the general manager he said I am the general manager that’s a bullshit. and I called the customer care. They also can’t provide me the policy so how we know that policy is work only for the one hours once your reservation is there on the time after that they only kept for the one hour that’s how their policy and when I ask them, they can’t even prove me

  The team at the Enterprise in Rockford, Illinois is outstanding. Every time I've been there, they're incredibly busy, but you would never know it from the way they treat each customer. They stay organized, take the time to be thorough, and never make you feel like you're being rushed. Everyone I worked with was professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful. They answered my questions, made sure I was taken care of, and handled everything with patience and a positive attitude. Even with a full lobby and constant activity, they maintained excellent customer service from start to finish. It's rare to find a team that balances efficiency with such a personal touch. They are an absolute delight to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy!
