  I always have a great experience with Belle tire! David, the store manager, always goes above and beyond for us! He has continuously helped us over the years, which is why we will continue to go there for our future vehicle needs! The technicians are also very helpful and friendly. They never tried to upsell us on anything and are very honest!

  Everything went great and as expected until I got into my car and found two stains on the driver's side seat. Besides the stains, I appreciated Mike keeping me informed on the how things were going and the new tires look great!

  Wow I thought these people were honest,but wow, I always get air on my tires from this place, last Thursday I came to put air on my tires and the guy who helped me said the front tires were with no thread I got new tires in 2024 so they told me to comeback Friday to check and see if everything looked good for an alignment, well I brought the car, last year I replaced the wheel bearings, they told me both sides needed ball joints, tie rod end, front hub assembly and wheel bearings and I couldn't drive my car it was pretty worn out and I could have a huge accident, I needed to take my son to the airport and he ended calling a taxi which charge him a arm and a leg to take him to O'Hare, the estimate was $1936.69, I took it to my mechanic just came back from my mechanic and he said I only need to repair the left lower ball and the left Inner tie rod and it is not that bad I can still drive that way 😡 Are you kidding me? Liars only abusing because I am a woman and don't know much about repairing cars, shame on you I won't ever go back to that place and I won't ever referred this place to no one, and I have pictures of all the stuff they said I needed, this people are same as Midas gave me all these wrong things on my car, and it was all a lie, shame on you, and you don't need to reply with your made up careless replies, save your time, tell Jonathan P Ander Shame on him even after I told him I am disabled and not receiving much pay, but there is karma you better believe me, made me buy parts that I don't need. 😡

  I had all four tires replaced. Mike was very helpful. It took about 2 hrs which seemed long as it wasn't that busy. Once we were done we found the wheel locks for the car (which were in the back in with the spare ) on the front passenger seat and the cover over the spare was still open. It would have been nice if they would have put everything back the way they found it.

  Have not yet used their services, but discussed needed service with tech. Will be taking my suz to them in the next day or 2.
