  I stopped in Wednesday looking for a part and unfortunately they didn't carry it but the 2 Isaiah's went out of their way to try and help me find the part anywhere I could. I told them I'm new to the area and they made it a point to give me good information on locations and who would help me the best. Great customer service for sure.

  Jason was great he checked my battery out when I thought it needed to be change and he reassured me that my battery was in good condition. There is also A kid there named Isaiah with dreads and he’s helped me out multiple times. He knows what he’s talking about when I explained stuff to him. I have came and bought stuff for my car, my mother in law car, and also my wife’s car and he has been the best help ever. that kid needs a raise!! If anybody is reading this ask for Isaiah with the dreads and Jason there the best!!!

  Ricky Mitchell (the store manager) is THE GUY. I needed my back-up battery replaced on my 2018 Volvo. He found out the exact battery I needed even after realizing the system failed to show the correct one for my model. He was such a gentleman and so kind. AND he knows what he’s doing!!! You just don’t see customer service like this anymore. I really hope Auto Zone realizes the importance of customer service and truly rewards the employees that go that extra mile. Give Ricky the raise he deserves. Customer for life…as long as Ricky is there!!!
