  Stopped to purchase wiper blades. I ask a Gentleman in a red shirt to assist me finding the wiper blades. He pointed to the aisle.I still had no idea what brand or size to purchase. their is no book to look up size. He then proceeded to leave toward the front. Confused, I left and drove to the nearest O'Reilly's about 1/2 mile away. I purchased them at O'Reilly's who offered immediately to assist me with out asking said they will install them. In a short 15 minutes, I received exceptional service from a competitor from your store.After receiving a poor client experience. My future purchases have been decided where I'm going. I only live within 5 minutes of both.

  Incredible customer service, especially from Jaimie! My serpentine belt broke on a Friday night in the pouring rain, and I had to Uber to this location to buy a new one and rent a tensioner tool. Jaimie was so kind and helpful, and even went as far as loaning me an AutoZone raincoat so I wouldn't get soaked while fixing my car on the side of the road. You don't see that kind of genuine care very often anymore.

  Been very satisfied with mark banks he’s helped me when I brought my 2009 Chevrolet cobalt to him and I needed a car battery, I’ve recently came back and he was here and he helped me again getting front brake pads for my car I can not stress the gratitude from him very much appreciate of him for taking his time and just being welcoming to the customers.
