Do you offer rental cars?

Although we don't directly offer rental cars, we work closely with Enterprise to provide rental vehicles. If your insurance policy includes rental coverage, please ask your adjuster to arrange a reservation. Can ABS match my paint color exactly?

While there are numerous color variations across manufacturers and other factors to consider, our paint shop is equipped to match colors very closely. We also blend into unrepaired panels for a seamless finish. As Rockford's leading auto body shop, we ensure your repair looks as good as new.

What happens if there's additional damage once repairs are started?

For insurance claims, our estimators will submit a revised estimate, called a supplement, to the insurance company for review and approval. What's my deductible and when do I pay it?

Do you accept tow-ins?
