  Got a nice car for a quick trip up to Wisconsin dells, got a free upgrade which was awesome and unexpected, and it was also very nice that Ben left me a voicemail after the trip just to make sure everything was perfect with the car, which it was! Had under 10k with the rental, was filled up and easy to pick up and return. They opened up a third line because they were busy when I came up and got me checked in super quick! Great job Alamo!

  We reserved a midsize car and were billed for a midsized. What we got was a Nissan Vesta. What a crummy car! It should have come with a can opener. The seats were so uncomfortable! We told the agent when we returned the car. He made copious notes on his computer. I guess nobody has ever read them. The agent stated that someone would get in touch with us. Nobody has.

  Bad service in the stores and the customer service over the phone is even worse. I won’t be renting from this company again and I wouldn’t recommend!!
