  I reserved a full size hybrid because we were using the car to travel to an out of state funeral and needed a car with great gas mileage. What I got was a Jeep Compass. While the Jeep was a nice car, it certainly didn't provide anything but mediocre gas mileage. This cost me probably at least an extra tank of gas over the full trip. Money that could have been better used else where. Apparently, it's ok for companies such as yours to take reservations for one type of vehicle and give the customers something different, then justify it by pointing out the "or similar" statement on your paperwork. In any other industry, this would be called bait and switch.

  Everything went quickly at check in. We were even able to change the vehicle to the one we really wanted at the desk.

  They could have used more help at the counter but overall they were fast and efficient. Don't pay them for fueling up your car. I saved $40 doing it myself. I will definitely use them again. Very easy returning the car also.

  The car had the no smoking label but the previous renter did not respect the request the car smelled horribly. The dashboard was really dirty and car need a wash. The location is perfect and customer service was great...
