- RHRiley Hochstein5 days ago1.0Visited for an oil change. Upon arrival, they did not have the right oil because they were out of stock. I then went to another store and returned with a manufacturer approved oil for my vehicle. They then proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t add the oil to the vehicle because of the oil weight and were wanting me to pay $150 for oil that one of their employees went to get. Even after showing staff the owners manual of the vehicle stating that the oil I provided was manufacturer approved, they still gave me trouble in actually filling my car. I told them I would go somewhere else to get it filled if they wouldn’t and they said I couldn’t leave because they had already drained the my car of oil. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience with this branch.
