  This is by far my favorite service department of anywhere I’ve been. They’re always very helpful, never overcharge, and go above and beyond to help me getting vehicles back-and-forth when they need repairs or service. I have a brand of car that they don’t sell that they had to order a part for and I was quoted a one month wait from another service department. They had it ordered and repaired within three days, ahead of schedule, and were very helpful in making sure I had transportation while it was in the shop. I can’t say enough good things about my experience every time I go here. Thank you so much for all of your help! With the schedule of my job, they always make it super easy on me.

  Richard “Santi” Santiago is an excellent salesman at shottenkirk Toyota. He made buy my vehicle a good experience and was upfront about cost. He explained everything they do and how they do the purchasing process. This was a great experience and if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle he is a great guy to work with!!   Purchased 2026 Grand Highlander from salesman Dallas. He was super helpful, answered all my questions, and did not push me to do anything I didn’t want to do. This dealership was nothing short of fantastic to deal with. I came from 3 hours away and they had completed all the paperwork prior to my arrival. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Certainly worth the trip up!
