    Reserved a car online, signed the agreement for $179 got there to pick it up and they added $300 to price without warning. Horrible way to do business so they won't be getting mine.

    Ok, I have used this location many times and been very impressed with the staff and results. However, there have been two occasions within the last six rentals when we went to pick up our rental. There are no vehicles available? Is this a Enterprise rental location? If so, why do we not get any notice of this shortage? The last event the associate told me we didn't pick it up at noon as directed. He needs to brush up on his customer service skills. The next sentence was we still have twenty reservations yet that day? If you didn't have one at 2 pm I'm fairly certain you will not have nineteen ready by 6 pm. I understand vehicles leave and don't return to the same location. All I'm asking is don't take the reservation online if you don't have the rentals and or take steps to inform your customers of the shortage so they can make other arrangements.
