  ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS! They lied to me, did not fill my rental request I had placed over way earlier. Never called me when "a car in" and I missed out on 2 vehicles. This place awful! I drive a large SUV & I'm a large man. Over 6ft tall and over 215lbs. I thought I would get something similar to what I drive, (as requested). I did not! I got a Nissan Versa. It was like squeezing into a Hot Wheels car. If I could I would never rent from Enterprise again! Unfortunately you are the only car rental place within a 100 miles.

  I have rented from this Enterprise multiple times. This time was by far the worst experience I've ever had with them. I made an appointment to be picked up from the bodyshop while my car was being repaired. I called and asked what the earliest time I could schedule an appointment for and was told 8:30am. So 8:30 it is I guess, I was hoping for earlier. I arrived at the bodyshop at 8:20 so I'd be done before the driver showed up and he wouldn't have to wait on me. The bodyshop says they'll let Enterprise know I was there to be picked up. What is the point of making an appointment if they have to be notified you're there? I waited about 20 minutes and the lady at the bodyshop tells me Enterprise just called and said the driver "Ran out of gas and would be there shortly". Finally got picked up about 35 minutes AFTER my appointment time. It is not a 35 minute drive. I happened to be sitting behind the driver because another lady was being picked up as well. She waited just as long to be picked up. The gas gauge said there was 55 miles until empty. Did the driver only put 3 gallons of gas in the van? Guess what, this was my rental. There were dents on the driver side doors. I asked for another vehicle and was told they were supposed to have 10 vehicles returned the night before and none were returned. So it was this or wait another 30 minutes for Hannibal to bring one up. The young man at the counter asked how long the bodyshop said they would have my car. I told him 13 business day. When I got my rental agreement it said I would return the car 3 days later, which was a Sunday and they're not even open. I let my insurance company take care of of extending my rental. That might be part of the problem with not having people return vehicles on time. It just gets better. I have the rental a couple days and the temperature light stays on when you first start the van and goes off right before I get to work each day, so about 10 minutes. The windshield wipers were junk and did the terrible job keeping the windshield clear. It rained it's butt off today. Enterprise gets you because they're the only ones to rent a car from around here. I couldn't wait to get my car back from the bodyshop today.

  Have rented from here before but they changed policy out of nowhere and decided they would only take a credit card, I do not have a credit card and they refused to take cash or debit with the funds readily available. Im not going to be forced to have a credit card just to get a one night rental. Ridiculous.
