  I came in to service my vehicle prior to a day at the track and the employees were very honest and upfront with me. They fixed all the issues with the car and i can confirm it was a tank at the track! I will absolutely be returning with my other vehicles.

  Really good shop to go to fast and Fair upfront does not string you along and sell you something that you don't need really fair price for an oil change

  Too my car in for a noise came put same noise......wonder how ? To me feels like ingot scammed for 900 plus and didmt fix the issue i recommend to get a second opinon becasuse rhe same exact noise is there!!!!!!! Also i did find it funny the little guy on the weekend did mention so other things then turned wasnt on the final email so for sure will be calling my high power laywer who happends to be family to look at this but i stay away. Oh btw i got charge 400 for 1.5 hours of work and part they got it for 125 then charged me 400 ???? No wonder i couldnt just pick up the part you. Unless your refunding me full then dont bother contacting me ill.be sure let the bbb know about your shady operation you run there and no i dont want credit for shady shop either enjoy the free press you all wanted i got ya Update so come to find my wheel bearing were bad as i expect according to tuffys worker they couldnt figure there head from the bearing absolutely a bunch of crooks and the fact they cant figure anything out after 1hr when where i am now 10 mins and figured it out another update when i called the shop the so called store manger claims the rubber by the axel was tore up not the axel was bent like they told me

  Home of the 2 1/2 hour oil change. First time - I came here before for an oil change (appointment made) and it took them over 2 hours(I waited) which caused me to miss a lunch date with my wife while she was on break all because they did not have my oil filter on hand despite, me telling them my make and model when I made the appointment and being across the street from two auto parts stores. An hour in to me waiting they finally advised me that they were waiting for an oil filter. 2nd time.- today I arrived for my scheduled oil change and once again it took two and a half hours. The vehicle inspection showed that I need brakes and the employee seemed shocked that I stated I would get my brakes done somewhere else. If an oil change took two and a half hours then that means a brake job would take eight business days. Pass. I do not have an issue with the quality of work here, just for the lack of respect for the customer's time.
