  Home of the 2 1/2 hour oil change. First time - I came here before for an oil change (appointment made) and it took them over 2 hours(I waited) which caused me to miss a lunch date with my wife while she was on break all because they did not have my oil filter on hand despite, me telling them my make and model when I made the appointment and being across the street from two auto parts stores. An hour in to me waiting they finally advised me that they were waiting for an oil filter. 2nd time.- today I arrived for my scheduled oil change and once again it took two and a half hours. The vehicle inspection showed that I need brakes and the employee seemed shocked that I stated I would get my brakes done somewhere else. If an oil change took two and a half hours then that means a brake job would take eight business days. Pass. I do not have an issue with the quality of work here, just for the lack of respect for the customer's time.

  Although it was closing time for the service center, the team still took the time to top off my engine oil, which was running low. Their willingness to help, even at the end of the day, demonstrated outstanding customer service. I give them 5 stars for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer care.U

  Don't not come here. NOT Professional at all Came in 1-26-26 payed for new alternator, battery ,and belt. Vehicle was working fine Come April battery light came on was able to drive back to tuffys they checked it said was going to replace alternator again said vehicle was ready went to check on vehicle battery light was still on alternator was not charging said that there was another issue with vehicle I towed it to another shop got it checked said alternator was bad and they checked to see if tuffy replaced alternator they did not. Towed vehicle back to tuffys they said they was going to replace alternator again got a call that was ready went to pick truck left drove a mile battery light turned on I was on side of rode with my newborn baby. Called tuffys they said that the issue is not alternator that if I wanted them to check my vehicle that I would have to pay them. I decided to tow to another shop and pay them to replace alternator They replaced it issue was fixed ALSO TUFFYS SAID THEY USED BRAND NEW PARTS THEY ARE NOT THEY ARE REMANUFACTURED WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL OWNERS WAS ALSO NO HELP AT ALL THERE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT TO HELP

  Wow! Said they did things, showed levels “before” their service and guess what, open the hood and the levels are the SAME. Stated top offs that never occurred. Oil is at bare minimum when dipstick was checked. Jokers! Save your money and time and find a real mechanic.
