- SMSusan Murphy5 days ago3.0I’m not sure if this is an industry wide practice, but I was given a car with a half tank of gas. As it is very difficult to pump a half tank, I’m sure they make millions in gas returned over that. While not exactly unethical, it is very user unfriendly.

Understanding what I was charged was straightforward. They allowed me to leave my rental at repair soup which saved let loads of time. They have a great team at the Plainfield location!

I rent every few months for about a week at a time for business, and the manager on site not only remembers me, but greets me by my name as soon as I walk in. Phenomenal customer service.
