  Enterprise is always good to me. The Peru, Illinois location went above and beyond to help me out this last time. I am grateful for the amazing customer service this company offers!

  The staff here are all very nice, kind, and understanding. I was in the middle of nowhere after an unforeseen accident, and they helped me even before I asked. I truly appreciate their help, and communication throughout the process has been great.

  Doesn’t make sense to book a rental if I can’t get a car nicer then mine for vacation. 😂 Thanks anyways. Very limited inventory, you can only rent a tin can death trap of a vehicle if you are under a certain age.

  We had a reservation made a week and a half in advance, but received a call at pickup time saying no vehicles were available. We tried transferring the reservation to Peoria without success. When I called the next day, I repeatedly received an automated message that my call couldn’t be handled. When I finally reached someone, I was told no vehicles would be available for three days. Very disappointing experience.

  I was so delighted with the staff at Enterprise in Peru, Il. From the young gentleman that picked me up in Princeton to take me to get my loaner car. The young man who was busy as we had a hail storm and needing rentals he took his time with me and sat with me in the car going over the instrument panel. To the man who waited on me returning the vehicle. I was totally impressed with your customer service from beginning to end.
