The gentleman that waited on us f8rst day was very n8ce made sure everything was ik before I took car think his name was Cristo and tge gentleman when we bought back was nice.

Enterprise in Peru was top-notch service. I had a nice rental, efficient pick up and drop off, and wonderful and attentive staff!!!

We've used Enterprise Rent-A-Car for YEARS, and will continue to do so because we have always had excellent experiences, especially with the Peru, Illinois location. I also had an excellent experience with the Cocoa Beach, Florida location.

When I arrived to pick up the BMW that was reserved for me, the young lady at the counter named Olivia informed me that they did not have the car that I reserved, and offered a brief explanation of what happened. As I wasn’t very happy because I was taking my wife to a critical doctor appointment in Chicago and I at least wanted to help her to relax with a nice luxury vehicle for the 200+ mile round-trip drive to Chicago and back. Olivia immediately offered to make things right with me for the disappointment. She gave me a discount on a Nissan rogue SUV and provided some complimentary fuel. And I was quite impressed by her effort to make me happy with reasonable accommodations. It is staff members like this who make all the difference. Because when she first told me that there was no BMW for me that I had reserved, I was ready to say I’ll never rent from Enterprise again. However, because of her willingness to make reasonable accommodations to satisfy me, I will definitely be back. I only wish I had an employee like this young lady, Angela when I had my own business. Employees like this are gold in my opinion!
I was instructed by the manager to update my iPass account with the plate number to facilitate a smooth visit to my husband in the hospital in Chicago. Despite following these instructions, I encountered issues when verifying the update in my account. Furthermore, I did not receive a rental agreement or any documentation as the transaction was processed via a tablet. Unfortunately, I am now facing unexpected charges on my credit card, without prior notification. Additionally, I am being charged a convenience fee. Given this experience, I regret to say that I will not be renting from Enterprise again.
I appreciate your direction to the page, Christopher. However, upon visiting, I found the chat function to be unavailable. Following a phone call, I was advised to expect an email to resolve the matter, but unfortunately, it has not arrived. This is disappointing, given my previous experiences with your company.
