  Offer parking onsite or a pickup option. I got conflicting messages on the phone vs. Counter when checking in. Also saw a families rental given away after me, because they had an 8:30 reservation and arrived at 9:15. An hour might be more reasonable than a 30 min rule. Didn’t seem make them too happy. Car looked like it was washed poorly, white steaks all over the place car. Everything was fine after checkin. Car handoff and inspection before leaving went well. Drop off after hours went fine.

  Morgan was the team member that helped us and she is the EPITOME of customer service. When we first arrived, we arrived a smidge late but she was accommodating. Then when it came time to hold the car via a credit card we realized we forgot a card and it was nearing closing time. So Morgan, being the angel she is, offered to stay past her time to ensure we got our vehicle while we ran back home for the credit card. Not only was she patient but she was extremely understanding and beyond hospitable. She then helped us with the final steps of the rental and walked us through the explanation of the extra additions that make the rental even easier. Morgan was sweet, helped us with a smile, and even though in our opinion, we truly did inconvience her. You would not have known because she is truly a professional and a godsend to any team. The best part, when I came back to return the car, she recognized me and asked about our trip and thanked us for our business while wishing us a return when we need Enterprise for future use. Her knowledge, attitude, and overall demeanor is the EXACT example that all Enterprise employees should strive for.

  I rent from here a few times a year and generally have a good experience. Only once has there been an issue with my not receiving the particular vehicle that I had specified, but the issue was resolved satisfactorily.
