  Absolutely most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. The manager is the most rude and ignorant person I've ever talked to. If you need to rent a car please use someone else. I see why the reviews are so low. Should have looked it up before calling them.

  Offer parking onsite or a pickup option. I got conflicting messages on the phone vs. Counter when checking in. Also saw a families rental given away after me, because they had an 8:30 reservation and arrived at 9:15. An hour might be more reasonable than a 30 min rule. Didn’t seem make them too happy. Car looked like it was washed poorly, white steaks all over the place car. Everything was fine after checkin. Car handoff and inspection before leaving went well. Drop off after hours went fine.
