- GGG GJul 20, 20265.0Brought in my Kia carnival with its bad placement oil filter. I’ve had issues getting this oil changed other places. But let me say. You got a great crew. They really did a hell of a job with a smile on there face. If I lived in Peoria I would come here the rest of my life with this crew. I think manager name was Katy, but also want to mention the other girl working, didn’t catch name. But the crew on Monday July 20th 2026. Around 10:00 am. They are good for business. Worth even a few dollars an hour more to keep them. People will come Back, because of there friendliness
- DSDana SJul 13, 20262.0The actual old change seemed to go fine and the employees were friendly, however, my windshield wiper fluid no longer sprays out normally immediately after the oil change. They worked on the way there, then didn’t on the way home. Now, they only dribble the fluid out so something was definitely disrupted by the employees performing the change. Now I have to deal with repairing the issue.

They did so & were friendly (even though I'd had my most recent change done at Big Ray's) in E. Peoria. There was a really nice woman in there working that day who was especially nice. So, after encountering rude employees at Big Rays in East Peoria, 7/12/26 I returned to Valvoline for my needed oil change. Everything was checked out. A filter was recommended, shown to me, discounted greatly & replaced. VERY SATISFIED & WILL RETURN!!

They completed an oil change, front differential, and rear differential service on my 2023 Dodge Durango in about 25 minutes! Sunny is very knowledgeable and told me about each service that was being completed and each service that was still due on my vehicle in a short, timely fashion that did not leave me bored and wondering what was happening to my vehicle! Jayden thoroughly cleaned my vehicle of all the old engine and differential oils, which is VERY important to me!
