I called ahead and they managed to squeeze me in to swap out my spare. Even with a busy shop, they got me sorted out right away, and had me out the door in under 30 minutes. Honest, hard-working team

The service here is genuinely good, the staff was friendly, the tire repair was done quickly, and pricing was fair. On that front, no complaints. However, the lobby had Fox News playing the entire time I waited. Whatever your politics, a waiting room isn’t the place for partisan cable news; customers are a captive audience and shouldn’t have to sit through political commentary to get a tire fixed. Neutral programming (weather, sports, HGTV, anything) would be an easy fix and a more professional choice. I’d come back for the quality of the work, but the lobby experience needs rethinking.

I arrived without an appointment, with a tire consistently losing air. I felt welcomed, was treated professionally, my tire was repaired - for a fair price - and I was on my way home in less than 45 minutes. I will continue to utilize their services and recommend to family and friends. As a single women I felt respected and treated very well!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My appointment was at 12pm. I got there 30 minutes early. I had two of my kids with me (ages 10 &12). I asked how long an alignment takes and the guy at the desk was very rude and made a comment about me being early. I then asked again how long an alignment takes and he said an hour and 15 minutes. So my kids and I waited and waited. After an hour and 40 minutes 0ast my appointment time, the same guy waves me up. He tells me, very loudly and with attitude (he sneered at me) that there were parts that needed replaced on the back and that they couldn't do an alignment. I automatically got upset and asked him why it took them so long just to tell me that they wont do it. He was rude back and kind of laughed at me, saying there was no charge (well ya, they didnt do anything)! My kids and I left. I am still upset. But I made an appointment at Goodyear and I know they will take better care of me and my car. Will never go back to this place.
