Painting: Paint Creations Inc. provides a lifetime written warranty on all painting and priming work against defects such as solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, or excessive loss of color pigmentation. The company will, at its discretion, re-prime and repaint the affected section(s) of the vehicle covered under this warranty. Mechanical Repairs: Paint Creations Inc. extends a lifetime written warranty on mechanical repairs directly related to original collision damage, excluding components such as suspension systems, air conditioning units, or other electrical assemblies. The shop will, at its discretion, re-repair any covered mechanical component. Parts: Paint Creations Inc. ensures that all parts and materials used are of high quality. These parts are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Assistance will be provided in filing claims under such warranties. Unless otherwise disclosed and noted on the repair order, all parts used are original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Exclusions include incidental expenses such as towing charges, rental vehicle costs, and travel expenses, as well as any parts or assemblies not specifically covered under this written warranty. The warranty does not extend to consequential damages resulting from defective parts or installations performed during the repair process. This written warranty becomes void if any repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by unauthorized personnel of Paint Creations Inc. The warranty is non-transferable.
