  World class customer service. Ty and his staff were absolutely great! From the moment me and my daughter walked into the store we were immediately greeted by Ty and staff, and while we waited they offered my daughter candy. I was in and out and I’ll definitely be back with my other vehicles and I’ll will definitely highly recommend Ty and staff. Corporate, take notes please This is how you take care of people and get the real ROI! WAY TO GO TY!!!

  I drive a fleet vehicle and jiffy lube is one of my places the fleet company approves for oil changes or what not. I've taken it to quite a few jiffy lube locations over the last 110 thousand miles and most get the job done but nothing special and some are just horrible and after the last one up north by Chicago I was about done with them as it was the worst visit ever. But I needed an oil change today and jiffy lube was around the corner so I decided to give this one a try. Im super glad I did.. these guys should train the rest of the locations because they were an absolute pleasure to work with.. friendly, knowledgeable, and no other word comes to mind but PROFESSIONAL in every definition of the word and on every level.. thank you for the above and beyond service you provided.. they were even training a gentleman while I was getting serviced and even the new guy had better customer service than all over the other locations combined.. this is my new location when my vehicle needs fleet services as well as my personal vehicles from now on. Keep up the amazing work!

  Its taken me a min to actually post this because i didnt know if i wanted to speak up/say anything, but the manager Chip was very rude and made me extremely uncomfortable to the point i didnt even get my oil changed, i just left. I never want to go back here.

  I want to start off by saying Sean and ty were very respectful and informative, helped me get a better grasp of the issue my vehicle was having, unfortunately there manager Chip was unwilling to do the work, said he didnt want to do my carbon clean out because”it was too much work”(aka. His job) he then proceeded to leave for the day. leaving me and all his employees clueless, I ended up taking my business elsewhere because of the urgency of my situation, it was just a shame to see a good business bond be broken like this considering the amount of customers ive sent through there doors. If your looking to get work done, do not speak with Chip
