Last year someone who no longer works here suggested a set of tires for my electric vehicle that shouldn't have been purchased; they only lasted 20k miles. Anyways, the new manager Mike was very understanding towards my situation and helped set things right by giving me a pro rate on the old tires and purchasing a new set that is meant for my car. He was very thorough in explaining everything. This store can get busy at times but everyone handles the stress very well and pushes through. Kudos to the lady behind the counter who is very knowledgeable at her job as well.
