  Staff are friendly, but don't plan on getting the car that you reserved. I reserved a full-size hybrid a week in advance, and when I arrived at the airport, I was given a compact car. I don't blame the staff - they only have the cars they have. But I blame the company for false advertising.

  The staff need to give better directions on how/where your rental can be found in the parking. The numbering system is weird. Fortunately we found a helpful employee in the parking that helped us find our rental. Also no instructions given on the process if returning the vehicle. Luckily a shuttle came through and the lady kindly told us what to do. I would rent from them again. The car was clean.

  Tammy Sims was the highlight of this trip and rental experience, THANK YOU!. I was already arriving in town for a stressful event and even though check-in was busy, she handled each person professionally and efficiently. She made the whole process simple and enjoyable. Thank you Tammy for taking some of the stress off my trip and getting me to my destination! Enterprise has an amazing employee in you amd I hope they recognize you and your efforts. Thanks again!

  I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at midnight, the company told me there were no cars available. I was left stranded without transportation despite having booked in advance. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

  Crap corporation with crap software that lets you book cars when the location has no cars available. Our Uber driver said this has been a nightmare problem for travelers at the Peoria, IL airport for years. Complete lack of care.
