  Ever since Covid, the cars are never all that clean, and most smell like smoke/vape. But, good friendly service.

  While considering that, I booked 4 hours prior to pickup, and then when I get there, they tell me, they don't have anything left and essentially, i'm screwed, I don't know why that couldn't have been told over email or prior to confirming a pickup date, but, hey, who am I

  Made a reservation at noon to be picked up at 3pm today, got there and they canceled my reservation, told me they got slammed sorry nothing we can do.

  Staff are friendly, but don't plan on getting the car that you reserved. I reserved a full-size hybrid a week in advance, and when I arrived at the airport, I was given a compact car. I don't blame the staff - they only have the cars they have. But I blame the company for false advertising.

  The staff need to give better directions on how/where your rental can be found in the parking. The numbering system is weird. Fortunately we found a helpful employee in the parking that helped us find our rental. Also no instructions given on the process if returning the vehicle. Luckily a shuttle came through and the lady kindly told us what to do. I would rent from them again. The car was clean.
