They acted nervous when I asked to see me old tires. My old tires (besides the one that blew) were perfectly fine. Lots of tread. No damage. They replaced them anyway and took 2 hours to do so. At one point 3 mechanic were in the parking lot talk while my car was sitting there with no wheels. I changed my tire to a donut faster with no power tools. I sat there for 2 hours while they basically stole my money. Terrible place. 10/10 would never go again.

I didn't have to get work done, but I had a jammed hood and my car is eating oil so I keep extra in my car at all times. Al immediately helped me get my hood open, helped me get the engine lid open and recommended using lubricant to get the hood latch to open. Once I topped off my oil and sprayed the latch down he came out again to make sure everything was closing and opening as it should. I appreciate the help and good employees deserve recognition. I'm very grateful for the help. Thank you, Al.
