- SSStylzP1 day ago1.0For two months I've been TRYING to communicate with the manager AL regarding my vehicle. Whenever I would call he was not there. I even stopped by in person he was not there. I left 3 messages for him total within two months time frame with other employees for him to call me back, nothing. I think I got a hold of him hmmm (twice) in a two months time frame. The communication with him alone as a "manager" is ridiculous. I called Car-X as soon as they opened @ 7:30a just so I could catch him as soon as they opened @ least. Another employee says"he left to go to the bank" I'm like what banks are open @7:30am *sigh* I took all of this (non communicating)as a sign and that this location will not be doing future work on my vehicle due to lack of communication from the manager himself. I'll just take my vehicle to Bechlers down the street instead and let them do the job. At least I'll get a call when my vehicle is done and ready to be picked up lol

I waited for about an hour, and after all that waiting, I was told that I needed to reschedule for next week. Why make appointments if they are not going to be respected? I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but making a customer wait for an hour and then telling them to come back another day is extremely frustrating and a waste of time. I am very disappointed with the way this place handles appointments. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
