    Best experience I could ask for. Natalie worked with my insurance and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed after my vehicle was stolen.     The check in process was very easy (after using the website to input information). Dropping off the car was even easier. I parked the, handed them the keys, they looked car over and I was on my way

    I came in to add a driver to my rental—something the Peoria airport branch explicitly told me I could do here. The agent turned me away, claiming she couldn’t access airport files. I had to drive all the way back to the Peoria Airport, which caused a massive delay in my travel. The agent informed me that Pekin was fully capable of processing it but most likely just didn't want to do the work. Kudos to the airport team for being great, but the Pekin location was deeply inconvenient. I am still giving 3 stars because the agent there was very friendly and my experiences with Enterprise are usually great.
