- BDBandit Darval1 day ago1.0I had the rental car as a loner due to a not at fault auto accident. State Farm paid the entire bill. I called to make arrangements for a pickup at the body shop where my car was being repaired the next day. After being told there was availability, I was called back & was told they didn't have a car available & it would be TWO more days before they would. When I called back to confirm, they STILL didn't have me scheduled for a pickup! If I hadn't been able to borrow my dad's vehicle, I'd have missed several days of work! It ended up taking much longer than expected for repairs on my car, so I was polite & called the Pekin, IL Enterprise to update them. The manager told me I had to call State Farm & request an extension, so I wasted an hour of my time on hold with State Farm to find out it had already been sent. The manager also told me that I had to call back to make arrangements to switch cars! Needless to say I didn't call back & just drove the car I had until mine was repaired. The entire experience was was a debacle caused by management incompetence at the Pekin, IL location. The only positive part was I got my $50 deposit back, which honestly, I didn't have high hopes for. I'll never use Enterprise for anything & am drafting an email to State Farm detailing my experience as well.

Called in to make sure they had the car and they did. But when I got there, they had already given it away. Worst company ever.
