- EKEmily Kenyon4 days ago1.0Ordinarily, I do most easy work on my own car, but as I have a brand new car I decided to take my first oil change experience to Jiffy Lube. The employees were very nice, but my car came out with a white streak and scratch on it. When I got home and realized, I called just to notify that it had happened and I planned on buffing it out on my own. I wasn't mad about it as it wasn't bad, but they had me come in and showed me the footage to try and prove it hadn't happened while at their establishment. They were pushy about it and refused to accept the incident, even though I'm very sure about the condition of my car prior to going in. While the scratch itself didn't bother me, how they treated me after is what earned them the one star. Take a full video of your vehicle before attending this establishment. Preferably in the parking lot with the employees watching.

My husband came in for a simple oil change on my car, and while removing the old oil change sticker, your employee ripped off part of the dark tint/film from my windshield. We didn’t notice it immediately because the sun was shining directly and the visor was down, but later it became very obvious. This damage was caused by your staff’s carelessness. A professional shop should know how to remove stickers without damaging the windshield film. Now my windshield looks damaged and uneven because of it. I expect someone from management to contact me and take responsibility for fixing this issue. This is unacceptable for a routine oil change.
