    I had a reservation two weeks ago. Today they call and say to come later they won’t have my car then I get there and they said they won’t have the car until next week and that they can offer me a sedan when I rented a full size suv. Staff hung up and called me stupid.

    I rent from this location all the time for work, and they are consistently friendly, fast, and professional. This is an excellent branch with extremely high quality employees

    One of the worst customer service manager’s I have ever seen… Even the employees wanted to help with my unfortunate situation due to their lack of communication but he would not allow them.

    I need to rent a car and was not happy with the one I Was offered so every day I called looking to get a different vehicle. The last two days I had the car I would call and be put on hold for up to 20 minutes. Finally I called and was on hold for 10 minutes when I decided to call from my work phone and they answered right away. This is a common practice with a retail. I would much rather see people go to enterprise in Skokie and ask for Dante or enterprise in Glenview and ask for Logan. You will get much better service there.
