  Love this place the whole team was really helpful and nice and solving any issues I had really quickly. Josh thank you for you assistance and Grant also thank you for being respectful and the ride back to the shop. Thank you again for everything.

  All personnel were helpful and courteous. Service was prompt and efficient. They spent that little extra to make the leasing experience pleasant. Examples: contacting me with minutes of notification by my insurance company that a car was a available for me, they picked me up at home and took me to the agency.

  Rented a car from this location, was a 1-week rental. Was supposed to be around $1,300, they charged me $1,600 up front, saying $300 was for incidentals and would be returned. I returned the car a day early, and ended up getting charged over $1,900. They lied and did not return any money and would not provide me with a receipt either. Be careful of this location, they also do not check the cars before they rent them out. I found an open beer bottle in the back seat of my rental upon picking up the car. Really shady people working here who do not have your best interest in mind. I almost feel like they did it on purpose, crooked people at this location. Do your research, and choose elsewhere.

  I strongly advise consumers to avoid renting from this Enterprise location until its business practices are investigated. My reservation was randomly canceled, and when I attempted to rebook, I was quoted a significantly higher price. After canceling my reservation, staff then claimed there were no vehicles available. Which is it? If there are no cars available, why was I able to see vehicles listed online? If vehicles are available online, why was my reservation canceled and no alternative offered? This experience raises serious concerns about deceptive and potentially fraudulent business practices. Canceling confirmed reservations only to force customers into higher-priced bookings is unacceptable. Customers should not be put in a position where they are left without transportation after relying on a confirmed reservation. I am requesting a full explanation as to why my reservation was canceled, why I was quoted a higher rate upon rebooking, and why the information provided by staff appears to conflict with the availability shown online. Consumers deserve transparency, honesty, and fair treatment. Based on my experience, I believe this location’s practices warrant further review and investigation.

  PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS! It's my first time renting a car through insurance due to someone crashing into me. Allstate told me that Enterprise knows exactly what car they should rent to me. Everything is in the contract and they knew which car to give me. Allstate confirmed many times that they will pay for it. I arrived and I was handed a car key and was told "We got the information from Allstate. Here's the SUV that's comparable to your car in the shop. Allstate may or may not pay for it." I just took the keys and 'assumed' that this is the car that Allstate approved of. No where in this meeting did someone say "Hey. Allstate only pays for an intermediate car. it does not pay for an SUV. I am still giving you an SUV which is NOT the contracted car with Allstate. Do you still want it?" IF SOMEONE HAD SAID THIS, THEN OF COURSE I WILL NOT TAKE THE SUV. Allstate did not pay for the SUV and only pay for a portion of the rental cost. Allstate told me to call Enterprise to get them to waive the other part of the rental fees since I didn't specifically asked for an SUV. I called and was told "Well. I did tell you that Allstate MAY OR MAY NOT pay for it. I clearly explained it to you." So that's their definition of clearly explaining things to me. Also, when I returned the car, I told them that I went through a couple tolls totaling maybe $5 and asked them how to pay for those tolls? I was brushed off with "Oh Don't worry about it. I'll give you the code and you can pay for it later" ....guess what's in my email? Invoices. So their 'don't worry about it' is billing me $30+ for service fee for not paying my toll despite me offering to pay for it in person. These ambiguous 'explanations' feel like intentional withholding of the whole truth and misleading the customers into paying more. It's not about the money, it's about the principle of doing businesses. I will never rent from Enterprise ever again nor will I ever recommend it to any of my friends and relatives. I hope my review will prevent other people from getting scam with unclear and misleading explanations.
