  Store manager Tyler was very helpful. The car I rented was used to drive from Skokie to the Minnesota State Fair and back and it handled beautifully. It was clean it was so easy to return the car since this location is open on sunday. Again accolades to store manager Tyler he was there on returns as well .. it is a great location it has a great staff as well

  This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise. Since I had a long trip ahead, I specifically booked a premium car. However, I was initially given a compact SUV instead, which I didn’t mind too much at first. Unfortunately, the first vehicle had worn-out windshield wiper blades. They made a loud, annoying noise when used and did not clean the windshield properly, which was especially concerning since I had a long drive ahead. I decided to switch vehicles at Midway Airport, hoping the replacement would be better. Unfortunately, the second vehicle had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. The smell was overwhelming and made the entire drive extremely unpleasant. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. I booked a premium vehicle expecting a certain level of quality and service, but neither vehicle met those expectations. I have used Enterprise before, but after this experience, I will definitely think twice before renting from them again.

  The best! Huge shoutout to Josh — super professional, helpful, and just great to deal with. He really knows his job and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Everything was handled perfectly. Definitely coming back!

  I took an uber here from O’Hare and not only was the car cheaper, the service was very prompt and efficient. Jayden helped me when I picked up and dropped off 3 weeks later and he was professional, friendly and helpful. I would rent here again. Thanks Jayden.

  I was very disappointed with the service we received from this Enterprise. One of the rear tires on our rental car had low tire pressure, so we wanted to swap the car for another vehicle for safety reasons. We visited three different Enterprise locations and this was the third one. We explained the issue, but unfortunately, none of them were willing to help or make any real effort to resolve the problem. We had a long 10-hour drive ahead of us, so this was a serious concern and very inconvenient. We expected the staff to at least try to assist us or provide a reasonable solution, but the service we received was neither friendly nor helpful. Overall, this was a very disappointing and a very poor customer service experience. I hope the company takes this kind of feedback seriously and improves its customer service.
