  Today we purchased a 2026 Toyota from Omar in Sales at Bredemann Toyota, and the experience was outstanding. Omar was polite, knowledgeable, accommodating, and consistently friendly. He made what is usually a stressful process feel easy. There was never any pressure, and he answered all of my many questions promptly and with a smile. We would not hesitate to work with Omar again for a future purchase.

  Sam Bahram was the Sales Consultant who worked with me in my selection and purchase of a Toyota Corolla LE. From July 18 when I first walked into the dealership to select and order a new car until August 14 when I purchased the car, Sam was consistently friendly, patient, and low pressured. As someone who has been driving a 'low-tech, no-tech' car for nearly 17 years, I appreciated Sam's calm and respectful demeanor since I was nervous about the technology that came with the car. His expertise in the technology and in explaining the features of the car reassured me that I was making a smart purchase. He made each step in the process smooth and understandable. Sam made my car-buying experience a pleasure!

  This place is trash. I went in there to service my vehicle for a basic oil change and wiper blades and they tried to upsell me saying my hybrid air filter is clogged and needs “immediate attention” they tried to charge me $261 and to fill up the brake reservoir another $260…😂😂😂😂. You can get the filter for $11 on amazon and the brake fluid at most $12 at auto zone. Don’t get scammed by this dealerships service department.

  Absolutely awful SERVICE experience! Will never return, and will definitely share my encounter with all neighbors in our Park Ridge community. Brought my 4Runner in for an oil change- they proceeded to pitch their “necessary services”. I agreed to a tire rotation and I left once they returned the vehicle to me. Living 10 minutes from the store, there was no reason to exceed 40mph. Well! Took it on the highway and was scared to death once I hit 50mph. My steering wheel felt like it was going to fly off in my lap. I pulled over immediately and called my husband. He suggested I call the Service center back. I called them to explain my vehicle is now unsafe to drive after their tire rotation… even worse, we have a 6-hour drive tomorrow for a funeral service. They advised we bring it back in. Even though I’m scared to drive it. Eventually my husband had to meet me on the side of the highway to bring them the truck again! Not only did they not fix the problem, they unwound the tire rotation and kept our money. Zero accountability for anything and said because they performed the service we would not be refunded. Except they allowed me to drive an unsafe vehicle after it never had any issues prior to the arrival. It was our first visit there!!! Terrible. Both my husband and myself drove carefree before this service visit. Unbelievable to not even offer to compensate our time, our safety, or simply fix whatever we paid for originally- a tire rotation that THEY recommended, that THEY do daily. We asked to speak with the Service Director and or General Manager and nobody was available. Poor quality of service and total lack of care from the staff.
