  From the date on which I first came to Bredemann Toyota to look at cars to the date I drove my new car from the lot, Cezary was helpful, efficient, congenial, and managed my expectations well. I ordered a car that had to be delivered in future and Cezary kept me informed of progress. When the car arrived, he explained forms, payments, car functions well and thoroughly, and helped show me how to operate and maintain the car until I was ready to drive it home. I never expected a car purchase process to be this smooth, even with Bredemann Toyota’s good reputation, and Cezary helped make it so. Thank you!

  Pretty disappointed in Bredemann for service today, and this is just over a simple oil change. They've never been amazing, but they're convenient for me and kinda decent enough so I've been coming here for some time. With the sudden jump in motor oil prices due to the conflict in the middle east, I called around for pricing (I bring my own oil) and was quoted $35 pre-tax by someone named Claudia. I show up this morning at 6am and the estimate is $47. It's just like $10, but still feels like a bait and switch. Talking to the service advisor about it is useless; the guy basically isn't listening to me. Unfortunately, I've got a bunch of pressing issues to solve today, so I'm stuck paying $47 and wondering why I even bother coming back here and putting up with this. Also worth a mention: they used to have windows in the waiting area so you could see the techs working on your car. Looks like they drywalled those off. So much for transparency.

  We had a great experience working with this car sales consultant, George Dimitrakis. He’s friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He listened to what we was looking for, answered all our questions, and made the car-buying experience easy and stress-free. And to his manager Jack, thank you.
