  From the moment I walked into Bredemann Toyota, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely valued as a customer. Cezary was very personable, professional, and fair throughout the entire buying process. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to go to his manager to address all of my requests. He even worked to match our CarMax offer for our trade-in, which we truly appreciated. As a female buyer, I especially appreciated that at no point was I ever treated differently, pressured, or made to feel less informed. Cezary treated me with complete respect, honesty, and professionalism throughout the entire experience. At no point did I ever feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Cezary took the time to not only discuss cars, but also connect on a personal level, which really showed his genuine care for his customers. I would highly recommend Bredemann Toyota and especially Cezary for anyone looking for a positive, honest, and stress-free car buying experience.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing our new Sienna from Bredemann, and a big part of that was thanks to our salesperson, Patsy. She was wonderful to work with—kind, honest, and communicative throughout the entire process. Finding a Sienna that matched all of our requirements took some time, but Patsy stayed in consistent communication the whole way and kept us updated. When it finally came time to purchase, she was patient working around our schedule for when we could come into the dealership. I felt no pressure throughout the process. Patsy made the experience smooth and comfortable, and she even took the time to help us get everything set up in the vehicle before we drove off—something we really appreciated. The dealership also gave us a fair price for our trade-in. On top of that, the entire purchase process was quick and efficient—we were in and out in about 1.5 hours, which is a huge improvement over the 3+ hour experiences you often hear about. Overall, I highly recommend Bredemann, and I will definitely be reaching out to Patsy again when it’s time for our next vehicle.

  Came in on Saturday and brought home the Sienna I wanted today. Almost didn’t happen though. I have to give a shout out to Michelle Reyna who talked me into come back after listening what my needs were on the vehicle I wanted to buy. The 1st guy I met didn’t seem like he wanted to sell a car or just misjudged my seriousness and ability to buy a car…quickly. Either way this story has a happy ending. Michelle got me back to the dealership and Cezary took it home. Cezary was attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure I had all the right info to make me feel comfortable with my decision. Thanks to both of them for their help

  Excellent experience at Bredemann Toyota. Sam, my salesperson, was friendly, patient, and never pushy—he made the whole process smooth and easy. Mr. Nguyen ( my kababayan) in finance was also very helpful, clearly explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable with the deal. Overall, the team provided honest, professional, and stress-free service. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a car!
