One of the easiest deal ever! I have owned more vehicles than I can remember? Found a truck that would be perfect for us. Messaged and got response immediately. Cat!! She's the best! Gave info on trade and got numbers aligned. Drove 4 hrs and deal took less than an hour. Manager came and closed the deal so we could hit the road. Thank you Cat and Diepholz auto. Definitely would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle

Literally dont even want to give 1 star....Bought a Pacifica from here in January. Drove the hour to Paris IL to buy from Cat bc my friend referred us. This van has been nothing but problems. Bad wheel bearings, air conditioner didnt work, had to drive it back 3 different times to get it fixed under the 90 day warranty. The appointment to fix the air conditioner was rescheduled 3x due to it being cold outside, which i had to call and ask before making the drive they never called one time, they said they couldnt service it until it was warm out to be able to tell if it wasnt or was working, which it wasnt. The apt that finally wasnt cancelled, being the 3rd one, I get there and they didnt have a loaner, wanted me to wait 4 hours. I had to demand a loaner to get back to my house so I could get my daughter off the school bus... 3 times rescheduling you think theyd have a loaner waiting for me. But no, they had to find one on the lot for me to take, which was fine as long as i could get home. They call 4 days later that its done, said they replaced a leaking core, my husband drives there to get it, and when he starts down the road, its still not working. So he takes it back. Tells them it is NOT fixed. Wasted an hr there, and an hr back, with gas as expensive as it is this is RIDICULOUS. They say its the compressor now.. Mind you, all the while, the transmission was also shifting hard. I told them this the 3x I already had it there, first for the rotors and wheel bearings, then for the air conditioning... they said it serviced FINE, and the next step is to change fluids. They drove it and felt the hard shifting, agreed it was shifting hard but no codes, yet didnt change the fluids to fix it.., they wanted me to come get it.... so I had to INSIST they change the fluids before I get it bc it shouldnt have left the lot with issues and ive been telling them all the issues, then they called back and said they could. Like WHAT IN THE WORLD! What dealer sends vehicles off the lot in bad condition yet charge the full blue book price???!!! Mind you, my friend referred me, bc she bought the exact same van just a year older, AND SHE HAD TO HAVE HERS TOWED BACK TO THEM BECAUSE IT STOPPED SHIFTING ALL TOGETHER!! This happened AFTER I bought my van LOL otherwise she wouldnt have referred me. And on top of that, they traded in their old van to them that was still financed through another bank, AND THE BANK IS STILL CALLING THEM BC THEY DIDNT PAY THEM OFF AFTER THE TRADE IN!! It is the dealers responsibility to pay off ALL existing loans when trading in!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PULL TEETH FOR PPL TO DO THE RIGHT THING!! STOP SELLING JUNK CARS! I pray to GOD that my van is fixed bc i am sick and tired of driving back to have the DEALER fix what should have been fixed BEFORE SELLING IT! Oh wait, I also traded in an old grandcaravan with over 300k miles, and they gave me 4k which was a mind blower, said theyd scrap it, yet resisted it for 8500 lol!! That van is near death and they literally relisted it. Just shows what theyre selling!
