- TKThomas KerriganApr 30, 20261.0I had a Terrible experience at the Palatine Illinois store. As I was getting my oil changed I asked them to replace the front drivers side turn signal. They removed the mudguard under the front end and told me the couldn’t access the bulb. They apparently the never secured the mudguard back in place now it is destroyed half on the ground. I will not be going back. I will post what I hear from their customer service.

I told them about the advertised price and they said they didn’t care. So I left and went to Take 5. Bummer, I live close by and would have used you guys for all my oil changes. Not now. Shady stuff
