Unfortunately yesterday I pulled in (all the doors were open) but nobody was around and in the bays, so I was pretty confused. Apparently the power was out. So the tech that was running the place came out from his back office and started blasting me for why I pulled in, like I’m supposed to know that the power was out. After a long day of work the last thing I need is to be lectured. Whole situation could have been handled in a more professional way.

The team was friendly, respectful, and didn’t try to upsell anything — exactly what I appreciate. Big thanks to Dee, Diesel, and Eric for the great service. They worked efficiently as a team, checked everything, and even made sure my tire pressure was set correctly. You can tell they care about doing the job right and treating customers well. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
