  I always enjoy renting my cars here. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. I’ve been able to work with Jack a lot and he’s been really great and even remembers my name! I know every time I rent here I will have an easy and professional experience.

  The Enterprise staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the rental process. The van was clean, reliable, and ready when we arrived, which made the overall experience smooth. However, the vehicle I received was not what I expected based on the online listing. The photos and description suggested a Ford passenger van, but I was provided with a GMC Savana instead. While the Savana performed reliably, it felt noticeably less spacious than the Ford models I was expecting. I was also surprised by the fuel economy. The van was equipped with a 6.6L V8 engine, which seems excessive for a passenger van and resulted in fuel consumption of only about 17 MPG during our trip. Another area that could use improvement is pricing transparency. I did not see clear information during the booking process regarding the cost of adding a second driver or the insurance requirements and options. As a result, the final rental cost ended up being significantly higher than I initially expected. Overall, the excellent customer service was the highlight of the experience, but clearer vehicle descriptions and better disclosure of additional fees would make the rental process much more transparent and predictable.

  This place is the worst. Been waiting 45 minutes to get my car. I arrive they tell me no cars on lot. It will be 30 minutes. Why can't enterprise pick up the phone and say please come 1 hour later, vs sitting here upset I don't have a car and have things to do. While I waited 3 more not satisfied customers walked through the door. Do better Enterprise!!! Do better!
