  At Enterprize, the car was delivered to the shop where it was being fixed and then I could just leave it there when the car was done and enterprise picked it up. When I first got the car, I asked if I could get a different one that had the warning signals in the Sideview mirrors, and they found one for me. Everyone was very nice.

  Enterprise tried to blame me for pre-existing rodent damage on a vehicle that had its check engine light illuminated the exact moment I picked it up. The car drove completely fine throughout the entire rental with zero mechanical or electrical issues—everything from the engine to the AC worked normally from pickup to return. ​It is completely unreasonable to hold customers liable for damage when vehicles are stored outside on open lots exposed to the elements and wildlife. This is a shady claims process trying to pin pre-existing issues on renters. Avoid!

  Employees at this location never ever pick up the phone and extremely rude customer service and I was always given wrong information. I would recommend manager at this location needs to provide better training and coaching to the team and they should be part of customer survey to get the honest feedback. Extremely poor customer service at this palatine location.

  Have had several pleasant experiences at the Palatine Enterprise Car Rental location. I never have to wait long and the team there is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful!!!
