- AKAlexander KoudakisSep 30, 20261.0Took over a month and several phone calls before I was told what the warranty company had approved. I ultimately took the vehicle to a different shop, which got the repair approved in about two days with a new transmission. I was offered a used transmission with different mileage than the transmission I was told the warranty company was offering. I was also told that the warranty would not repair the vehicle again if the transmission failed after the repair. My warranty contract stated otherwise. I was told I should sell the vehicle after the repair unless I paid the difference for a new transmission. I was also told that I couldn’t move the vehicle after the quote. Ultimately, what I was being told at this shop did not match what I was told by the warranty company or what happened when I took the vehicle elsewhere.

I was dealing with a complicated transmission issue with my Jeep and Brian helped me throughout the entire process. Ultimately, because of the circumstances and warranty involved, the repair had to be done by the Jeep dealership. That means after all the time Brian spent helping me, A-J & H ended up getting zero business from me. That didn't change the way Brian treated me at all. He continued answering my questions, giving me honest advice and helping me deal with the dealership. He even took time out of his day to come with me to the Jeep dealer to look at the vehicle and help me understand what was going on. It's hard to find someone this honest in the automotive industry. Brian had absolutely nothing to gain by continuing to help me, but he did anyway because he genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of and making the right decision. A-J & H will be the first place I call for any transmission work in the future and the first place I recommend to friends and family. Brian absolutely earned my trust and future business.

I Drop my GMC van off on monday was completed by Wednesday afternoon. I couldn't be more satisfied. Considering I'm a real pain in the back side. Keep in mind that the owner can't provide great service without a great team. Thank you very much again.
