  An oil change should not result in a part falling off your car on the highway. I took my Honda Civic to this Valvoline location on July 6 for an oil change. Shortly after leaving, I heard something scraping against the highway while I was driving. The under-car engine plate detached. I had to pull over, cancel work appointments for the day, and have the car towed to a repair shop. The car was in the shop for a couple of days while a new engine plate was ordered and installed, and I had to rent a car in the meantime. Valvoline covered the engine plate repair, which I appreciate, but there was no refund or discount on the oil change, no reimbursement for the rental car, and nothing to account for a missed day of work. :(

  Had a great service done here for my Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. Chase was very informative. All the guys did a wonderful job.

  Great experience! They did not have the type of oil needed for my car on hand but they were quick to use resources to get the oil needed and finish the job. Went to Strickland brothers before this and was flat out denied service 20 minutes before closing with 2 open bays so I greatly appreciate Valvoline getting me in with a last minute trip ahead of me. I believe it was the assistant manager that was helping me, amazing guy! He represents good customer service! I’m not the type of person to leave a review but he deserves it!

  I had an amazing experience getting my car serviced by Chase. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Chase truly went above and beyond. I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and positive attitude.   My dad took my moms car in for just an oil change, One of the employees went to check the battery and said that my dad might need a new battery and he was trying to wait because the car drove just fine and the battery was relatively new. Somehow, after the employee check the battery, the car would not start and we had to get a new battery anyway. On top of that, they then broke the connection so now the screws are stuck inside of the battery so we have to take the car somewhere else to get it fixed again now when it ran just fine before. Even the manager could not fix the problem and we had to pay full price for the service. Definitely more of a disservice.
