  Brought my 2010 Subaru forester here for new tires and a squeaking grinding sound, they said they could not hear the sound meaning they did not even drive the vehicle or measure the brake pads and or rotors reason I know this is because I then brought my vehicle to Keith’s car care in Oswego who immediately found the cause of the sound send me photos of the millimeter measurements on pads and rotors. Belle tire also broke two things on my vehicle which they did replace, fine, but then recommend I replace a bearing and control arm which did not fix the sound. I don’t even know if I needed those two things that cost me $1,000 I hope I did but how would I know when you clearly didn’t isolate the reason for me even coming in the first place. Good price on tires I guess but I wouldn’t recommend getting anything here unless it’s tires. Keith’s car care also sends photos of the work needed and completed.. very nice considering I’m not a mechanic and most customers know nothing about automotive servicing as we trust companies to do that for us. Feel like I got finessed for a commission on the bearing and control arm but who actually knows…

  Needed immediate help with a tire that had a nail in it. Chose to buy 4 tires since I was putting it off anyways. This place was very clean and they were able to get my car back right when I got there and done in timely manner. But I really have to shout out to Joe and I believe he was the manager(didn’t catch his name) but I watched them as they interacted with the most interesting types of people. They had some characters come in just during the hour I was there. It takes a talent to deal with all types of personalities and they didn’t flinch. They were so professional and had great communication skills. They also were personable. I even told Joe they were the exact types of people that I would look for in hiring for my type of job. To have all those skill sets is not just trainable but also has to be natural. They have it. Also it was a great deal for the tires! I would go back. Just hope I don’t have to. Although there are great deals that come with the package of Michelin tires. So it won’t hurt the bank if I did
