  My experience with Tuffy in Orland Park has been amazing. The staff at Tuffy have been incredibly honest about all the things I've asked them to look at. They are willing to talk through issues on the phone and give good advice whenever it's needed. Even if it means they aren't going to charge anything. I'll be bringing all my cars going forward to this shop.

  Family Oriented business that never ever falls short of exceptional business. My father, brother, and I have been going here since I can remember and they never have failed to provide quality service. James and Sam are standup men who I rely for all of my automotive needs.

  Finally found an auto service who will go the extra mile for a customer and provide fast , professional service at a fair price. After being advised by my Honda dealer I could schedule the emergency repairs in two weeks, my alternative service provider could look at it in 4 days. Tuffy after 4:00 pm advised what he believed the problem was and would double check in next day a.m. To my surprise got a called back confirming the diagnoses in a hour to confirm his diagnose with estimate and guarantee I could have the vehicle the next day. Thank you guys for your professionalism, excellent service, and fair pricing.

  I have been taking my vehicles to Tuffy Orland Park since I moved to Orland 7 years ago. I will never choose another shop! They are extremely thorough, reasonable, and helpful when it comes to getting my vehicles back on the road ASAP. They will keep you informed on the vehicle status and make sure the job gets done right. I have taken my vehicles in for transmission service, water pump, starters , radiators, and oil changes. They can take care of it all!!!
