- MSManny ShubbakAug 7, 20261.0I signed up for a membership here and I regret it. After the first wash, my car had smudges/ marks across all the windows which I couldn’t see in the day time. Come night time I noticed all of the marks. So the next day I told them and they said it’s from these brushes at the end and they will turn them off for me. On several occasions I have reminded them to turn them off and they didn’t. Today was the last time I will use their wash and I cancelled my membership. I wasn’t going to leave a review. I only did because the gentleman I told I’d like to cancel my membership too, did not hesitate to cancel it for me. Immediately went to his computer and asked for my number to search my account. I’ve attached video to show the marks the wash leaves. Also, not very easy access for SUV’s to get into the wash, very tiny driveway turning in, impossible for me to get my truck straight into the wash. Always felt like the tire rail was damaging my wheel. Mirror bent every time during wash too.

I mentioned that I might have to go thru a second time due the mess on the driver's side windshield and quarter panel. He said no problem. Fortunately everything came off and my car looked great!
